i forgot to pay my tuition bill for texas: year 2, semester 3. thus, i am not officially enrolled in the university of texas at this time (although i am still cleared to use the gym facilities). maybe i should take that semester off i have thought about doing every semester. i have just been waiting around for some kind of clear sign– this has to be it! i mean, come on. i subconsciously neglected to pony up my loan money in order to have this kind of reckless, aimless freedom i am currently enjoying (edit: some may call this “summer”). i totally knew tuition was due at 5 p.m. on august 15. i had a countdown going in my day planner and i wrote it out in bubble letters. what to do!
