On domestic soil, this piece, about the process of recruiting football players to different colleges, really touched me. I think it was the part about how the University of Minnesota arranged to have a life-size cardboard cutout of 6-foot-8, 340-pound Seantrel Henderson in a Gopher uniform upon his arrival at the college. Cue waterworks.
