I was all set to name The Deseret News as Newspaper of the Week but then they ran this nutty piece mourning Jack Kemp.
So the Newspaper of the Week is The Sacramento Bee for their sage coverage of the state’s annual Capitol Frog Jump (and the one governor more entertaining than Rick Perry ).
